We have known and trusted Dean and his company for about 15 years or more..during that time members of my family have had him build 3 or 4 computers to suit our needs and he's had to be called out a couple of times when we've had problems we can't fix ourselves ..He's here in a instant and gets the problem sorted in record time..he's honest and reliable..always tells you the cheapest way around things for your needs and would'nt even think of bumping up the price adding components you don't need...My son is extremely happy with his new pc and I am also happy with mine...and we know that Dean is there at break neck speed if things do go wrong...We would'nt dream of calling anyone else .

I had PC MOT come to check my laptop as it was slow loading, I had already given it to a well known company in Exeter who gave it back to me with the same problem. Dean diagnosed the problem in 2 minutes and had the the laptop back to me within 24 hours. I would certainly recommend this company and will continue to use their services, more often I think to just check out my computers before things get bad.

I called PC MOT for the first time this morning, and they came out not only on the same day but within a couple of hours. PC now up and running after having the power supply replaced, 10 minute job and 'puter as good as new! Very friendly and professional service at competitive prices. I would highly recommend Dean. I was really pleased with the prompt service and reasonable rates ( I didn't feel as if I had been mugged in day light.) I now have a PC that is up and running and the smallest thing is not to much trouble. I have had to call PC Mot on a few occasions and each time they have come out to me within 24 hrs and resolved my problems. I would not use anybody else and I recommend them 110%!! The prices are fair too. In all, friendly efficient service and total reliability.

I had a nasty virus on my PC about 6 years ago and found Dean in the yellow pages. At the time he was employed by another pc repair company. He quickly set his own business and I have used him ever since and have over this time have built a strong friendship. I completely trust him with everything he does and he always gives a complete and trusted service. I do not recommend lightly, but if anybody has a problem with their PC, the first person I recommend is Dean...if you saw what he sometimes has to do with my pc and know how useless I am at the slightest beep...then you know why I call him a SUPERSTAR....!!!

REASON:- I like to think, like most people that I can deal with most problems that my computer gives me, but for the first time my self taught knowledge was not good enough. From the first contact Dean made me feel comfortable.He was running only a few minutes late on our appointment but had the courtesy to ring me and apologise. He was only 15 minutes late and again apologised for being late when he arrived. I got PC MOT to build me a multimedia pc to use on my 42" LCd tv. i was amazed, not only does it look more like a dvd player than a a pc ever looked, but also its absolutely brilliant.
